TONKA THE CONCRETER

Tonka The Concreter is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier who's Facebook personality has gained him tens of thousands of fans.  For the past 7 years, he's worked full time with his owner - a concreter based in Melbourne, Australia. You can follow Tonka's daily antics at facebook.com/tonkatheconcreter.

Kim, Photographer and Tonka's mum, contacted me looking to create a brand identity for Tonka. What we created matches Tonka to a tee - tough and a little rough around the edges. We used an accent of bright green to mimic their florescent green work uniforms. We also created a 2017 calendar to go along with the identity. Each month features an image of Tonka hard at work, and even includes his signature on the back page.
